of high-quality Prosecco throughout your event.
For those looking to add an elevated touch, you can include a dedicated Spritz-based Cocktail Hour
to enhance the experience. Share your preferences with us, and we'll create a tailored quote designed around your vision.

Bar Service Details

Refundable Security Deposit

Payment for Drinks

ALL drinks are payable at the bar during the event
Minimum spend - from £1,000 (this is dependent on the guest count). If this amount isn't met, clients will be invoiced accordingly for the difference at the end of the event and payment will be required instantly.

A cash bar option allows guests to purchase drinks individually at the event, rather than pre-paying

All Licensing - full legal compliance for alcohol service at your event
Professional Bar Staff - skilled, friendly team delivering seamless service
Disposable Glassware - high-quality, event-ready drinkware
Prosecco - tailored drink selection; final quote based on your chosen menu
3-Hours of Service - smooth, uninterrupted bar service
Set-up, Take-Down & Cleaning - we handle everything from arrival to take-down
Ice Supply - all required ice for chilling, serving, and cocktail preparation
Aesthetic Styling - beautifully presented bar setup to complement your event theme
Full Insurance Cover - public liability, employer's liability, and all operational cover
All Bar Equipment - shakers, coolers, garnish tools, and everything needed to run a professional bar
Travel Within Agreed Radius - mileage included up to your contracted distance
Waste Management - responsible disposal of all bar-related waste
Garnishes & Mixers - standard garnishes and mixers for your chosen drinks
Event Coordination Support - pre-event communication to ensure everything runs smoothly

Standard Hire Fee

A deposit of £1,000 is payable one month prior to the event & assuming there are no breakages and no damage occurs, it is fully refundable.

Additional Hours

These can be added on at a supplementary rate, subject to
availability, up to a maximum of 5 extra hours and always within the venue's licensed operating hours or any Temporary Event Notice (TEN) in force.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Upon booking, the full amount is due within 24 hours of the invoice being issued. Failure to make payment will result in your booking being cancelled and the date being released
Cancellations are not permitted one booked
No refunds will be issued for cancellation, except under 'exceptional circumstances'

Event Duration

Note

The time selected will be for the actual event time, do not select the time you want us there to set-up
Additional set-up (2 hours prior) and take-down (minimum 1 hour after) will be accounted for

Please specify the desired start time for guest service
