Payment for Drinks
With all drinks paid for beforehand, there's no need to worry about payments on the day - your guests simply turn up, raise a glass and llet us tae care of the rest!
Our unlimited bar option provides everything you could need, from the caravan to the licensing & more. You simply pay a pre-agreed price per head for unlimited drinks*.

Set-up, Take-Down & Cleaning - we handle everything from arrival to take-down

Full Insurance Cover - public liability, employer's liability, and all operational cover

Travel Within Agreed Radius - mileage included up to your contracted distance

Standard Hire Fee
A deposit of £1,000 is payable one month prior to the event & assuming there are no breakages and no damage occurs, it is fully refundable.
Additional Hours
These can be added on at a supplementary rate, subject to
availability, up to a maximum of 5 extra hours and always within the venue's licensed operating hours or any Temporary Event Notice (TEN) in force.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Upon booking, the full amount is due within 24 hours of the invoice being issued. Failure to make payment will result in your booking being cancelled and the date being released

Cancellations are not permitted one booked
-
No refunds will be issued for cancellation, except under 'exceptional circumstances'

The time selected will be for the actual event time, do not select the time you want us there to set-up

Additional set-up (2 hours prior) and take-down (minimum 1 hour after) will be accounted for

Please specify the desired start time for guest service

Prices are based on the 'Prosecco only' option, a cocktail hour package can be added on at a supplementary fee

If you wish to also have cocktails, we an discuss this and a new quotation can be sent to reflect this
*Unlimited drinks doesn't mean that guests can drink to the point of extreme intoxication, we reserve the right to refuse service to those who pose a risk to us and/or other guests due to being inebriated.
We also reserve the right to shut down ALL services if this situation were to arise, with no refunds due.
